Dit Da Jow 100ml

Here is our Dit Da Jow, a formula that we ourselves (and other Martial Artists) have been using for many years for all types of contact conditioning (Iron Palm, Iron Forearm & Shin etc) and also for small injuries like bruising and soreness that occur after contact training. 

This formula was kindly given to us directly from Iron Palm Master Damian Fedorko many years ago and has been used by many for Iron Palm conditioning. Here, he's breaking two concrete blocks with the back of his hand.

Apply to necessary areas using massage according to your own technique but in any case make sure you massage the Jow thoroughly into affected areas.

Our Jow is usually aged a minimum of 6 months to well over a year and will never be in plastic bottles due to possible leaching of plastic into the formula, this is common knowledge.

*Bottles will always be dark and glass, will never be plastic but the label and bottle cap may differ from image.

Can be washed off 45min – 1hr after application

These come in dark glass bottles.
